Improvements and Upgrades

Homeowners are reminded that in accordance with the Associations's declaration of covenants and restriction, you must receive approval for any alteration/change/addition they wish to make to their unit. Community Room

The Community Room is available for rental to Sandbridge Dunes Condominium Association members in good standing. The Community Room application, $100.00 Rental Fee and a refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be mailed or delivered to the Association Manager at least 10 days prior to the function date.

Other Parking

Sandbridge Market and Sandbridge Municipal lots have 178 public parking spaces, and are open 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Rates are $4.00 Monday through Friday, $5.00 Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Drivers who present a valid drivers license with a Virginia Beach address can park for $1.00 all day.
